Synchronous Training Policy – Takamol Academy
First: Self-Learning
Some training programs fall under the self-learning model, where trainees are assessed through:
- Completing all required evaluations.
- Achieving a score of no less than 70% of the total grade.
Second: Online Synchronous Learning
In the case of conducting training programs virtually (Online Synchronous Learning):
- The number of trainees per course shall not exceed 25.
- Attendance and absence are monitored regularly during the course.
- Interaction and participation are tracked to ensure the quality of the training process.
- A certificate of completion will only be issued upon meeting the attendance percentage defined in advance by Takamol Academy or the relevant accrediting authority.
Third: Attendance Calculation
The trainee’s overall attendance percentage is calculated based on:
- The actual training hours are recorded electronically through the platform.
- Virtual attendance is considered equivalent to physical attendance in classroom-based training.
Fourth: Certificates
A certificate of completion will be issued to the trainee upon fulfilling the following conditions:
- Meeting the required attendance percentage.
- Successfully passing the required assessments or examinations, if applicable.
